Initially Mr. Kalairajah took great care to ensure I wanted hip replacement surgery; I was self-funding. He listened to my reasoning and of course accepted what I said about what I wanted. In my meetings with him Mr Kalairajah was prompt, considerate and respectful.

One of the first things Mr Kalairajah told me was: "if we go ahead with the surgery on to your knee, you will hate me for six months". It was with sign of relief and benevolent surprise that the operation went very smoothly thanks to all the team Mr Kalairajah heads. After the operation and period of physiotherapy things went from well to super; By six weeks I could drive, client the stairs up in a simultaneous way and nearly put trousers on unaided. I think the very realistic approach made me ponder firmly on the real facts and act accordingly. Thank you Mr Kalairajah and team at the Cobham Clinic RBB 64y

I have had amazing care, I had a total knee replacement following osteoarthritis and a lot amount of pain and difficulty walking. The knee surgery was great, I had a spinal block with sedation which I would highly recommended for this procedure. It allowed me to recover quickly, I was sitting up and eating and drinking in less than an hour from out of surgery.I was quickly up and moving and left hospital in less than 48 hours. Everything was explained very clearly by Mr Kalairajah, he was keen for me to know exactly what was involved and what to expect, he was also very reassuring and honest. I am very grateful for his care, enabling me to get back to all my normal activities and more in 4 months.
